Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Job Posting & Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the companys career page.
    • Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, and attending job fairs or recruitment events.
    • Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, organize interview panels, and ensure a seamless interview process.
    • Candidate Assessment: Conduct or facilitate assessments such as skills tests and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for the role.
    • Communicating with Candidates: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Negotiating Offers: Discuss salary expectations, benefits, and employment terms, and extend formal job offers.
    • Onboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork, ensure completion of background checks, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.
    • Building Talent Pipelines: Develop relationships with potential candidates for future roles, maintaining a pool of qualified talent.
