Job Description

Your Life as a Maven

  • Design and deliver effective, creative recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit and select top- qualified candidates for key positions across the organization.
  • Play an active role in developing best sourcing/recruiting practices, new sourcing/recruiting avenues (job boards, tools, Social Media and forums) which could improve efficiency and quality of service delivery.
  • Work within our Applicant Tracking System (JobVite) to track, communicate, and run stats on candidate pipeline and requisitions.
  • Provide and effectively communicate candidate data for pipelining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Expert in searching/sourcing potential candidates from social networking sites like Linkedin by using search strings which suits jobs profile.
  • Identifying and leading process improvements
  • Responsible for teams performance and growth
Your Expertise:
  • 8- 12 years of core IT experience is required
  • Clear understanding of SLA, KPIs and targets and should have experience of driving it.
  • Should possess traits of a hi- performer with positive attitude and willingness to supersede targets
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non- technical audiences.
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow- through is essential; Must have the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple search requests based on resource needs
  • Ability to complete work projects with speed and accuracy, often under pressure and/or short deadlines
  • Strong technical skills; Experience with GSuite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, et
  • Bachelor s degree required
