Establish customer profile and identify customer needs.2. Responsible for achieving sales targets and sales reports.3. Handling customer query / complaint along with operations team.4. Mapping all prospects against business objectives and targets.5. Ensure laid down processes such as SOP are duly followed.6. Responsible for qualified presentation of the entire range of standardized products, establishmentand presentation of customized offers, their negotiation and contract.7. Responsible for mutual information flow about his/her customers between all parties involved.8. Represents the interest of the company, promotes the image and informs superiors and all partiesinvolved regarding observations in the market, including competitive behaviors.9. Responsible for his/her product in respect of target achievement.10. Secures / collects all necessary information to assess the credit worthiness, adheres to andobserves the approved credit limits granted to customers and enforces the previously agreedpayment terms.11. Strategize with the Sales Head for achievement of the sub group targets.12. To contribute to healthy relations with the customers.13. Maintain and encourage inter departmental relations, & support the team as and when requiredWill also be responsible for any other activity as desired by the management from time to time.
