Sr. Key Responsibilities1 Deliver revenue and balance sheet growth targets by acquiring and deepening relationships.2 Relationship manage a portfolio of clients and enhance Product holding and customer torelationship ratios thereby deepening and engaging the relationship strongly with the bank3 Meet and deliver client contact / coverage benchmarks to ensure high level engagement withBusiness owners and clients themselves. Ensure positioning and coverage of Insignia / Zonal /branch management teams with these clients to create depth of relationship with theseclients.3 Active coverage and penetration of core and satellite products through collaboration ofproduct specialists and branch management teams to maximise revenue gains.4 Review client relationships and portfolios across respective products availed by clients, assessrisk and implement strategies to meet customer needs, keep customers informed of marketchanges , events and respective impacts to clients and their business with the bank.5 Work in close co-ordination with the Client Experience Managers / Branch service teams/operations in delivering superior service and client expectations thereby delivering theInsignia promise.6 Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
