Basic Information on the roleRole TitleRelationship Manager -SMEDepartmentSMEFunctionFLS-SMEVerticalFLS-SMELocationReporting Manager RoleCluster Sales Manager - SMEPurpose of the JobBroad objective of the roleDrive the sales strategy by guiding banks RMs / SME loan holders general insuranceportfolio to achieve sales and profit targets for SME verticalKey Responsibilities- Interact with customers to understand their insurancerequirements and suggest relevant policies- Collect all the details (policy related) from customers to ensure quotation are generated- Interact with customers, understand their issues, maintain relations to ensure policy renewals- Engage with customers to ensure renewal as well new cross sale business and understand their issues- Follow up with customers at the time of existing policysrenewal- Provide competitive quotation to customers with required coverages as well guiding them about the extra coverage in existing policies-- Interact with bankers to understand their insurancerequirements for new and existing customers- Collect all the details (policy related) from bankers for their customers insurance requirement- Resolve bankers audit queries regarding insurance (sum insured enhancement or risk address correction)- Conduct joint visit with bankers to customer units to understand their needs apart from providing insurance coverages- Encourage to bank RM for cross sale more LOBs (products)- Arrange felicitation program for bank RM from their seniors for their performance- Guide bank RMs for being SP (clearing IRDA exam for specifying person) to sell forms products- Guide bank RMs to ensure branch activation (minimum premium generation)-- Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make informeddecisions- Organize the campaign, participate in events for recognizing and felicitating the campaign winners- Follow up with underwriting team to gather competitor quotesto close the deals- Submit proposal to operations team after closing the deals with all required KYC- Resolve any discrepancy generated by operations team regarding policy issuance- Procure soft copies and hard copies of policies send to bank and customers as per their requirements

Education QualificationsGraduate in any streamCore experienceOverall 3+ years of experience require in general insurance sales with 1 year in SME verticalPreferable Knowledge/ExperienceKnowledge of General insurance products and overall market trend (discount and add on coverages)
