In the Inside Sales team you will provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. The Customer Acquisition Strategy & Implementation team is responsible assisting our clients in their strategies to grow and acquire new customers. This involves acquiring new customers involves persuading consumers to purchase a companys products and/or services. What are we looking for B2B/B2C Sales Customer Acquisition Strategy & Implementation Inside Sales Sales Operations Storytelling Ability to perform under pressure Ability to establish strong client relationship Results orientation Written and verbal communication Negotiation skills Domain knowledge of Hardware and software sales such as PC, Laptops and computer accessories and applications, including leading hardware and software components. Fundamental knowledge of Higher Education sector and their hardware and IT requirement in India Good to have - Virtual / Online Education Products knowledge or similar products. Must be organized salesperson with planning and executing capabilities, must know how to engage with higher education segments top leadership, accurate with sales forecasts, understanding business value, handles objections and leverages referrals to advantage Existing expertise and relationship within the targeted Industry and Customers to accelerate penetration Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside. Excellent time management, organization and project prioritization skills. Roles and Responsibilities In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Achieve M-o-M, Q-o-Q, Y-o-Y Sales targets (Revenue & Booking) Must have IT Hardware or software sales experience in Education or other relevant sectors. Success in this role will be measured by the impact of new sales revenue, cross sell & Upsell, renewal sales revenue, forecasting and the customer experience delivered. End to End Sales pipeline expansion - lead generation, tele-calling, in-person visit, converting it to Prospect, deal closure, customer support and ensure customer delight. Build customer relationships, establish trust among key stakeholders of Education Institutions in government, public and private sectors. Good understanding of higher education segments, having excellent relationships with top leadership of government, public and private sector education institutions. Create a sales plan to achieve overall business and sales target, leveraging market opportunities, learning from past sales results and reviewing progress and adjusting as needed. Building effective relationships with customers and internal and external partners. Identify and provide insights into sales and market trends.,
