Job Description

    DescriptionDescriptionAct as a primary liaison between the Market and region for all local business needs and POS ops requirements. Influence program features roadmap, make clear recommendations that improve customer experience Devise and craft singular market narrative to enable clear understanding of market dynamics, customer voice, opportunity and set actions that all key partners understand Become a visible and vocal member of the senior SP&O team as well as the overall POS leadership Team in the region. Be the guardian of customer experience across all Program doors through design of stores, fixtures, technology, demo devices, product launches and quality audits across every customer touch point, advancing the cause of excellence. Possess experienced knowledge of competitive and 3rd party products and market strategies. Make coverage and partner recommendations to the RTM leads and cross-functional teams, Key QualificationsKey Qualifications
    • 15+ year of proven experience in sales and project management
    • Outstanding and proven capacity to successfully lead multiple concurrent projects according to scope, budget and timelines
    • Business analytics and strategic project & sales management experience with deep knowledge of industry trends as a plus
    • Excellent commercial acumen
    • Outstanding organisation, time and project management skills with demonstrated attention to the smallest details
    • Curiosity, a passion for excellence, ability to ask the right questions, and the love of working as part of a team
    • Great communication and influencing skills at multiple organisational levels. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
    • Lead and develop a strong bench of POS ops managers and also rest of SP&O team
    • Consistent track record to effectively lead vendors and all associated resources
    • Leadership skills, Highly collaborative with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to continually prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, fast paced environment
