Job Description

    Position Store ManagerSalary 25-25k/month(Negotiable)Experience 3 -4 YearKey Responsibilities:Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customersatisfaction.Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by trainingand mentoring staff.Create business strategies to attract new customers, expandstore traffic, and enhance profitability.Hire, train, and oversee new staff.Respond to customer complaints and concerns in aprofessional manner.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and arrange promotional material and in-storedisplays.Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customerrequirements, and profits.Undertake store administration duties such as managing storebudgets and updating financial records.Monitor inventory levels and order new items.Desired Skills:High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
