Job Description

    Urgently hiring in Leading Private Bank for the post of BDM-Business Development Manager in Delhi-NCR.We are looking for a competitive Business Development Manager. Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCandidates will be responsible for generating New Business Development through Marketing & Email marketing majorly. Designing and Running social media marketing will be an add on and preference.Will be responsible for creating strategies for selecting target designations, building connections, establishing relationships and bringing them on board by conversion.Candidates will be responsible for building relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-ups to transfer the lead into a prospective client for the growth of the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue.Excellent communication and listening skillsConfidence and Presentation skillsUnderstanding and interest in financial / banking products and marketsAbility to analyze and research informationAbility to explain complex information clearly and simplyGood sales and negotiation skillsFresher & Experience both can apply.Education:-Graduates or Post Graduates both can applyLocation:- DELHI/NCR, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram.Salary:- 2.20 Lacs to 3.50 Lacs per annum
