Job Description12+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: Should have experience acrosstrading implementations across Agri commodities, metals, and some of the energy commodities (crude, refined products, gas, power) LNG experience will be an additional plus Solutioning, design and implementation experience in Openlink Endur/Allegro/Triple Point XL, etc. required. Additional exposure to other technologies will be ideal. Should have strong knowledge across all elements of the Trading value chain:Front office (deal capture, risk), Mid office (scheduling and nominations) and Back Office (settlements and accounting) Strong client-facing experience with a global exposure to manage internal clients and navigate different cultural nuances Should possess strong leadership skills in demonstrated settings in leading large teams/practices/portfolio of business Should have strong analytical, problem solving, presentation skills and attention to detail Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and ability to guide and lead teams from the front Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.
