Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We have a job opening with leading Retail company based in Gurugram. Below are the details:About company- Sri Ram Son is a Leading Menswear Brand deals in Fabric/Textile (Raymond), Ethnic, Accessories, Made to Measure (Tailoring) associated in the market for more than 140 years.Designation - Retail Merchandiser Location - Gurugram
    1. Ensue Planning for Core (always Available) and Fashion Products (Fashion Trends)
    2. Need to Analyse Made to Measure Concept and take corrective action.
    3. Need to Analyse the design which are moving and if not then liquidation plan to be proposed and execute.
    4. Ensure to maintain higher GP products in all the location
    5. Proposed offers based on stock ageing.
    6. Coordinating with the Warehouse in regards to dispatches
    7. Setting up of base stocks for the stores according to their store size.
    8. Calculation of Open-To-Buy (OTB) for booking merchandise for the season Replenishment of RMG
    9. Ensure Merchandise Planning for New Stores according to sale Projection and size of the location.
    10. Weekly report to be presented to the mgmt
    11. Replenishment of Stationery like Suit, Sherwani, Indo-Western Covers, Hangers, Carry Bags
    12. Inter-Store-Transfer of styles which are not selling.
    13. Responsible to divide store target into Category-wise target
    14. Performing store visits in order to find out whether merchandises are reaching on time & also check the placements of the advertised articles.
    15. Analyzing of all the necessary merchandising reports.
