Creating allocation plan before each season based on season buying and partner profiling. Prepare Weekly Store-drop allocations in accordance with the seasons allocation plan and send to allocators for system execution. Coordinating and following up with the stores on specific requirements & making sure that they are provided appropriate stock at the right time. Analyzing weekly reports and re-align future allocations. Regular interaction with Store/Floor managers, ASMs/RSMs to ensure that the right stock is there are the floor all the time. To be completely responsible for stock right from Allocation to ensuring the product reaches the shop floor on time. To ensure timely pull backs at the end of the season. Follow-up on stock rotation/stock reports and take action on it. Follow up with the supply chain team on dispatches & deliveries. Feedback to the buyer about styles performance, competition, quality, customer requirements, etc. Liaison with the retail planner for the next seasons plans.,
