Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. The job of the candidates will be to serve our industrial/institutional clients in the capacity of a Sales Engineer, where they need to firstly understand the technicalities of the products that our company deals with and thereafter, they would have to promote, present, and pursue the same products to our clients.2. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who can develop relationships with new customers and retain old customers with good interpersonal and technical skills in the field of Industrial Lubricants/Consumables.3. Researching and identifying new market opportunities.4. Billing & Collections.5. To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on monthly basis.6. Grow sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Desired Candidate Profile1. A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with 4 to 5 years experience in Technical Sales role.2. Can prepare & present technical proposals.3. Resilience to sale through challenging conditions.4. Sales Territory: Gurgaon5. Should have his own two-wheeler with valid driving license.6. Candidate should be well versed in Sales, Marketing, preferably in Industrial Consumables/Lubricants.
