Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  1. Should be involved in strategic projects of Indian Airforce.
  2. Strategic Projects includes inception of projects to build network, Datacenters, Applications specific to Service requirement etc.
  3. The candidate should have been involved in part of the decision making in his past tenure.
  4. He must have served at-least 3-4 commands under different projects which are strategic in nature for Defense.
  5. Past serving in Air Headquarters is always a plus.
  6. He must understand future requirements, needs, pain area of defense forces and should be able to create opportunities & build pipeline for the organization around these requirements.
  7. He must have clarity of source of funding, approval process, Tender process, budget related/ sanction related process.
  8. He should serve at-least 10+ years in Services and must be dynamic in roping different stakeholders.
  9. Experience of working with corporate would-be a plus.
  10. Should have severed Indian Airforce as either Wing Commander or Group Captain.
Preferred Experience and Qualification
  1. He should build STL s positioning and relevance in Defense/ Armed forces & strengthen relationship of STL teams with various levels/ hierarchy in Defense/ MHA.
  2. Get involved in Pre-RFP engagement & ensure drive eco-system to ensure STL relevance in the projects.
  3. Create a yearly participation pipeline of Rs 1000 crs with a Orderbook target of Rs 500crs on YoY basis.
  4. Orchestrate & influence the RFP drafting process and ensuring >80% participation to Orderbook conversion ratio.
