Job Description

Administrative role:

  • Use of IIR data to keep track on a constant day to day basis with all Sales person in order to keep the database/CRM data 100% accurate.
  • Tracking of all tender portals to extract the details of upcoming projects globally on daily basis.
  • Preferably familiar with Global tender portals.
  • Preparation & Compilation of leads generation out of all tender portals on daily basis.
  • To send the lead generation excel sheet to all Sales force globally on daily basis.
  • Follow up with individual Sales person regarding the update/status of visit made and conversion of lead into enquiry.
  • Preparation of all active & prospective cases based on input from Sales team across the globe.
  • Preparation of MIS reports.
  • Good communication skills as regular interactions will be required with the global sales team.
