Job Description

    Job Description | Sales TrainerWe are looking for a sales trainer to develop training courses for our sales team. As a sales trainer, you are responsible for collaborating with the sales staff and identifying issues the employees are facing. You will also be responsible for maximizing their effectiveness through these training programmes. Your role includes creating the learning material, monitoring performance after each session and making recommendations for improvements.Roles and Responsibilities -Develop and deliver training programs for sales employees to improve their knowledge and skills in selling to B2B clients. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and modify them as needed to ensure maximum impact. Create training manuals, presentations, and other educational materials for sales employees. Train sales employees on the latest sales techniques, technologies, and trends in the B2B industry. Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and training needs among sales employees. Develop and implement training plans that align with the organizations overall sales strategy. Monitor and evaluate the progress of sales employees after training to ensure they are applying what they have learned. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure sales employees have the necessary knowledge of the organizations products and services. Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in sales training.Eligibility Criteria -Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field. Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar role. Should be comfortable visiting client locations when required. Skills Required - Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices. Ability to design effective sales training programs. Ability to motivate others to improve their skills. Outstanding coaching and sales skills. Excellent time management and customer service skills.Job Location - GurgaonWorking Days - 6Salary Bracket - 6 LPA Max. Note - Candidates with prior experience with Indiamart, Trade India, Just Dial, and Sulekha would be highly preferable.
