Roles and Responsibilities:1. Work with Global Sales Support , to troubleshoot issues , design solutions , plan and execute future releases2. Provide L3 support to the business users in case of issues with the system3. Capture requirements from the business teams in each new country being rolled out to4. Design and configure changes in Salesforce - enable new modules , augment forms , build workflows , web pages5. Build test cases and conduct quality assurance activities to ensure the system meets the business needs and is ready for user acceptance testing (UAT)6. Work with the business project manager to coordinate and run the UAT7. Develop dashboards , reports to meet business requirements8. Create technical documentation on the current system and any changesMandatory Skills:1. 4 6 years of experience working in the IT industry2. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin , with domain expertise in Sales Cloud3. Salesforce Admin (Certified) and BA skills so that the resource can communicate with the end client to gather requirement changes and implementing the same.4. Experience with localization , implementing and testing systems in different languages5. Knowledge of HTML , and CSS with other aspects of web development is a+ Capabilities6. Expertise in Salesforce configuration , workflows , process builder , data loader7. Salesforce.com L3 certification is must to have8. Must be a self - starter , with the ability to work independently without constantsupervision and micromanagement9.
