Job Description

    Should have minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in SAP MM/WM/Ariba with E2E implementation and support experience. Exposure to following MM Sub-modules in scope - Consumption-Based Planning (MM-CBP), Purchasing (MM-PUR), External Services Management (MM-SRV), Inventory Management (MM-IM), Inventory Management and Physical Inventory (MM-IM), Managing Special Stocks (MM-IM), Inventory Sampling (MM-IM-PI), MM Material Price Change (MM-IV-MP), Balance Sheet Valuation (MM-IM-VP), Logistics Invoice Verification (MM-IV), Logistics Invoice Verification (MM-IV-LIV), GR/IR Account Maintenance (MM-IV-CA), Information System (MM-IS), MM Vendor Evaluation (Custome Solution) Should have good experience in SAP Ariba with following solutions:o Supplier Management - Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Supplier Risko Strategic Sourcing - Strategic Sourcing Suite, Sourcing, Spend Analysis, Contracts, Savings Pipeline and Tracking Add-on, Discovery for buyers, and Start Sourcingo Network - Ariba Network for Supplierso Procurement - Buying & Invoicing (procure-to-pay), Buying (procure-to-order), Catalog, Operations Desk, Guided Buying, Spot Buyo Financial Supply Chain - Invoice Management, Payables and Contract Invoicingo Platform - Extension Studio & APIso Integration - Cloud Integration Gateway Must be well conversant in working on Incident, Problem, Change Management and Release Management processes and exposure to ITSM tool would be added advantage. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Solving performance problems, data consistency issues and availability analysis of complex SAP solutions. Willing to work in shifts and Handle support incidents and change requests. Should be flexible in working with onsite and offshore teams. Should have handled L2, L3 support in support engagements. Solving Direct Action Incidents: answering all SUs questions regarding operations of the system Maintenance of soft configurations table entries troubleshooting of blocked interfaces Analysis and proposal of solutions or workarounds for all raised issues Contacting SAP OSS for clarification of the issue Requesting creation or change of background jobs Solving Bug Fixing Incidents: Fixing bugs in the customizing and configuration Coordinating bug fixing in custom code with developers Coordination of bug fixes concerning authorization issues with Authorization team Test the bug-fixing done by Tech team (screening, functional and formal approval tests) Contacting SAP OSS for solving of the issue in SAP standard Key Skills: Offshore Location Noida or Gurgaon,Should have minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in SAP MM/WM/Ariba with E2E implementation and support experience.
