Job Description

    The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices,rules, and values. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand their interactions with theScrum Team. Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner Assessing the agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that issustainable and comfortable for the team and organization Removing impediments (people, process or tools) that hinders agility within the team Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation Assisting with internal and external communication, and improving transparency leveraging visual dashboardingto keep information up to date Manage stakeholders outside the team as required Skills & Requirements: Scrum Master certifications (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC) Total overall experience of 12+ years. In this overall experience, should be playing the Scrum Master role for atleast 4 years for a Scrum Team Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continualimprovement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, differentorganizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.) Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, ContinuousIntegration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games Software development background is an advantage Responsibility: Scrum Master, scrum team building, cadence and scrum workshop facilitation. Assist the Artificial Intelligence team and work across different stakeholders. Interface with IT and TDT to ensure IT compliance. Skills: (important to have from my perspective) - Experience inleading delivery with Agile / DevOps methodology. - Experience as scrum master and agile coaching - Experienceworking in Machine Vision space is a plus - Awareness of agile@scale SAFE framework - good understanding ofAgile Practice, Agile delivery and Project Delivery Framework is a plus - Ability to deal with ambiguity - Deliver atspeed in the innovation space The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team helpingeveryone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. Key Skills: Scrum Master - Experience: Min. of 10+ years of overall exp., with min. 4-5years as a Scrum Master- Background: Technical background. Should have worked in Development background and not Testing background.- Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E / Engineering discipline- Must have Certification: CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master) I/II certifications or any other Scrum related certification- Must have Experience: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience- Location Delhi Ncr - Excellent in stakeholder communication- Notice period 30 days or less/Immediate joiner-,
