Job Description

    Senior AccountantReview and manage accounts payable and receivableCreate timely and accurate accounting reportsDevelop recommendations to optimize companys accounting systems and procedures and detect inaccuraciesSupport and consult companys personnel on accounting control proceduresParticipate in departments goal setting activities and month-end and year-end close processesOrganize financial statements and budget preparation accurately and timelySupport business processes and accounting policies and prepare corresponding documentationWork together with financial and accounting manager to optimize financial operationsHandle complicated and unresolved issues from subordinatesAbility to make correspondences through emailsHigh level/degree of creativityKnowledge of double entry systemWork on day to day accounting activitiesMaintaining daily, weekly, monthly financial statementsProcessing and booking of invoice, payment process, GST, TDS, vendor reconciliations, Bank ReconciliationsWorking on company owned Accounting software.Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.Manage statutory returns/paperworkWorking on data entries and vouchers on Tally ERP 93+ years experience of working on a Financial Controller Accounting Supervisor or Senior AccountantProfound experience with accounting proceduresGood experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close processGood knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Good knowledge of financial accounting statements and business trendsGood understanding of MS Office.
