Technical Support Management in Azure. Managed Services expertise, particularly: Managed hosting, Cloud Computing, Windows/Unix environments, databases, Cloud Storage, disaster recovery planning, security, enterprise applications, Automation/Orchestration and messaging solutions. Should have in-depth knowledge of various component of IT Infrastructure including Enterprise class Server, Storage, Network, Backup & Archival, Infrastructure Software and Tools Should have excellent architectural knowledge on Cloud platforms and should have migrated applications to Azure cloud platform. Minimum 3-4 years in Azure Cloud, IT Infrastructure implementation / optimization, benchmarking, consulting and pre-sales Hands on experience on standard requests like new server builds, configuration changes, performance tuning and/or updates within the environment. Hands on experience on Azure Cloud Services, VPN, Vnet, Storage, Affinity Group, Availability Sets, Backup/Restore, App services, SQL database, etc. Excellent knowledge & hand on experience on MS Windows Server Should be comfortable for 24*7 shift,
