We rely on our proprietary market making systems to generate profitable and sustainable income. Our in - house software is engineered to competitively make markets using advanced proprietary automations , to manage risk and to comply with exchange obligations.Responsibilities : Build and lead a talented local technology team of approximately 10 people that own the internally developed market making platform.Understand problems or features and oversee the implementation of robust and performant solutions.Identify and drive improvements to the platform and development processes.Disrupt traditional processes and practices by developing innovative applications that solve real - world problemsDrive an agile environment and take end to end ownership for deliveries.Identifying opportunities to use technology to solve trading infrastructure management challengesProvide mentoring , training and problem solving support to other team members.Building a strong relationship with different stakeholders and teams globally.QualificationsComputer Science or Engineering degree from a top college or university10+ years of experience in front office technology.3+ years of experience leading a development team and managing global stakeholders.2+ years of experience in electronic market making.Strong understanding of derivatives and trading systems.Experience in warrant market making preferredInternational and domestic market experienceExperience with Agile , Continuous Integration.Strong communication skillsExperience in high frequency trading systems preferredExperience in C# , SQL Server , GIT or Python preferredAdditionally , the successful candidate should be : Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast - paced environmentAble to take on new challenges and responsibilitiesAble to work with people across geographyAble to mentor team members on various technical aspectsOrganized , detail - oriented and motivatedAble to travel internationally.If you would like to take on a new challenge in your career , we would love to receive your application.The Corporate Operations Group (COG) brings together specialist support services including workplace , human resources , market operations and technology.
