Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct Integrity Due Diligence, Counterparty Due Diligence and Management Due Diligence checks to help clients assess reputation, regulatory and any jurisdictional risk.
Conducting research using a variety of other online sources, especially commercial registries and corporate databases in a variety of countries and languages
Translating and summarizing information in various language into concise and accurate English reports
Combining the above skills to deliver time-critical and relevant reports to clients Qualifications and SkillsGood Secondary Research skills
Understanding of the regulatory framework and corporate structures
Basic accounting knowledge will be preferred
Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferred language specific qualifications
Experience of business research using the majority of databases, especially Google and Company documents is required Experience and BackgroundThe candidate must have 0-1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/ /internal research/strategy teams within key technology companies
Work reasonably independently, with appropriate supervision/guidance from Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail;
