Job Description

    Desired Qualification Education Experience 10+2/Bachelors Degree in any discipline 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Knowledge Skills Working Knowledge in Computer Applications Analytical, Listening, Handling, Interpersonal Communication Job Responsibilities Effectively handling all registrations and billing related activities. Handling queries on phone or in person, directing phone calls or taking messages as and when necessary. Orientation of hospital setup to the patients (non-admitted and admitted). Briefing the estimate bill to the patients Educating the patients about their rights and responsibilities Making admissions files and collecting the right deposit from the patients and co-ordinating with TPA for approval and final submission of bills. Communicating with the patients and their attendants related to any issues. Efficiently scheduling OT cases and informing concerned department. Receiving payments and reconciling transactions with accounts section. Encouraging customer feedback, capturing their complaints and ensuring expeditious resolution. Handing over dispatch reports to the customers. Communicating with Consultant/doctors in case of any emergency. Co-ordinating with ambulance drivers for transferring to other hospital and bring patient from outside. Training of Junior Staff Patients co-ordination Deputies for PRO when he/she is absent. Other day to day administration as assigned by the management
