Job Description

MBA with specialization in Human Resource with 1-2 years of relevant experience into HR role
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Highly motivated and willing to work hard
Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive

Day to day operations of the HR functions/duties and provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
Compile and update employee records (electronic and paper form) and update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, leave and attendance) in HRMS.
Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (background verification, induction, Confirmation, PF, Medical insurance, monthly MIS, F&F etc).
Conduct employee onboarding and initial orientation to all newly hired employees.
Support in the overall development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
