Job Description

    Position Summary Reporting to the FP&A Manager and working closely with the Regional Sales leadership, this highly visible role will be responsible for providing diversified financial and analytical support to internal stakeholders to make well informed commercial decisions.We are seeking an experienced Analyst with a motivated and pro-active mindset, able to establish insights from data and work collaboratively with different groups across the APAC region.The business has made positive steps with the development and automation of key business reporting metrics using a tier 1 BI Tool, this role will continue to lead further development and automation of the reporting suite.Responsibilities
    • Ownership of all regional sales reporting
    • Coordinating Revenue, Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Preparation of Margin & Pricing analysis, providing recommendations on Customer & Product pricing
    • Push to continue to improve and automate all levels of sales & operational reporting Identify key business trends & provide meaningful insights
    • Accounting month-end support (Revenue accrual and Rebates)
    • Preparation of monthly board reporting packs
    • Commercial commentary and decision support
    • Partnering with Sales Operations Director and Sales Management on key sales initiatives
    • Collaboration with the global BI team to ensure continual improvement of the available data suite
    • Ad hoc analysis/projects as required
    Requirements
    • Bachelor s Degree in Finance/Commerce or equivalent tertiary qualification
    • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
    • Exposure to BI tools (Preferably Tableau), focusing on building dashboards and visualization
    • Knowledge of large ERP & CRM systems
    • Exposure to planning tools
    • Comfortable working independently and cross functionally in a flexible and positive manner
    • Experience of working with and influencing non-finance functions and/or suppliers
    • Pro-active and passionate attitude Able to interact with others with confidence to deliver the necessary impact & influence
    • A sharp and analytical mind-set with the ability to relate numbers back to operational reality
    • Solution based approach to problem solving
    • Ability to assess and communicate complex situations concisely
