Inviting applications for the role of Senior Finance Manager - FP&A We are looking for someone with previous experience and good communication skills Responsibilities Reports to Director of Finance FP&A. Dotted reporting line to Director/Head of Finance - Pharmacy/Commercial & Marketing/Operations ( PCMO ) Provide clear reporting, analysis and insight to the business and central FP&A across PCMO to ensure understanding and alignment of in year performance, financial forecasts, budgets and 3YP Ownership of the end to end financial reporting across the business area PCMO Brings insight, challenge and influence across areas of responsibility including bringing business/market perspective Overall financial reporting on the trends and drivers impacting on performance across PCMO To hold the business partners to account on delivery of their in-year financial commitments, budget and 3YP Leadership roles across wider BUK finance team and performance leadership of direct reports Qualification Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or qualified via experience Excellent communication and relationship-building leadership skills, in order to foster a collaborative high performance culture and positively influence business performance Strong analytical skills combined with commercial acumen to generate insight from various data sources and strong attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities What can we offer Attractive salary Work in the multicultural environment Various trainings (initiating, soft skills) Possibility of development Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
