Job Description

*What will your essential responsibilities include

  • Solvency II Process: Planning and coordination with various external and internal stakeholders for the timely deliverables (Quarterly, Half Year and Full Year etc.)
  • Perform/submission of various Solvency II Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRTs)
  • Coordination with AXA Group (S2P3) on the reconciliation issues w.r.t QRTs scope between Magnitude and IRIS
  • Audit Support/Internal controls:
    • Monitoring and tracking the IMR, IFC (Pillar 1, Pillar2 & Pillar 3) and PWC Audit
      • Agreement on the Audit Scope
      • Coordination with stakeholder for Audit support
    • Coordinate - Quarterly IFC requirement of signoff by solvency II controller
  • Transversal Project/Initiatives:
    • Supporting change management in SII reporting resulting from IFRS17
    • Participate in system enhancement UAT s
    • Ensuring the documentation of new/existing processes as per business requirement and standardization
    • Identify and analyze potential process improvement opportunities within and between finance disciplines.
, *We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
  • CA/ CPA with up to 8-10 year of experience of strong Accounting knowledge (IFRS), having grasp of overall Financial Statements and Insurance concepts.
  • Work experience in Big 4/consultancy MNC s; supporting PMO activity will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Advance skills of preparing analytical and business presentations.
  • Good Communication & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
  • Good Technical knowledge IT skills (MS Office, VBA etc) and SAP based application HFM, Magnitude etc is a plus
  • Willingness to ask why and how we can improve
  • Organized, methodical, able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
