Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Supervise and mentor the administrative team, including performance management, training, and development. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are meeting expectations. Office Management: Oversee all aspects of office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and vendor relationships. Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure cost effectiveness. Budget Management: Develop and manage the administrative budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Policy Development & Implementation: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Maintain and update the employee handbook as needed. Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. Onboarding & HR Support: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all administrative requirements are met. Provide support to HR with various administrative tasks, as needed. Travel & Logistics: Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Record Management: Oversee the maintenance of office records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Technology & Systems: Evaluate and implement office management software and tools to streamline administrative processes. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or Senior Administrative Assistant, with demonstrated leadership experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.Preferred Skills: Experience with office management software and tools. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting procedures. Experience in facilities management. HR generalist knowledge. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
