Job Description

    - Must have 10+ years of experience with transformation, business process analysis, project management, documentation, and re-engineering. - You will be responsible for rolling out partnership programs, monetisation models, go to market strategy and partner relationship management and understanding and documenting the current business process; identify improvement areas/opportunities to drive in operational efficiencies; You will be required to interact with the executive management, senior leaders and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.Job Responsibilities:-- Rolling out the large partnership programs, monetisation models, go to market strategy and partner relationship management.- Part of strategic initiatives at the global level - Lead and manage large scale cross-functional transformation programs- Understand and document the current working process in details (review, document and assess critical business processes)- Identify (source) and manage external vendors from the delivery perspective- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users to identify gaps and recommend improvements- Project management, planning, tracking, coordination, usage of project management tools- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities- Identify, communicate, and report significant deviations from project plan/quality- Track the working process and evaluate its effectiveness- Support HODs with company cadence and creating the story and vision for India- leadership retreats and townhallsSkillset Required (must have):-- Must come from consulting background- Exposure to working closely with CXOs- Process transformation- Project management- Excel modeling and PowerPointAdded Advantage:- Cost analysis- SQL- Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate- Education: MBA from a tier 1 college,
