Job Description Prepare RFI and RFP and handling procurement and tendering of the project. Leading negotiation meeting and prepare commercial comparative for vendors, architect and respective consultants on boarding.Reviewing project design and compare it with project documentation, making appropriate recommendation to client on construction feasibility, time requirement for installation and construction, cost of alternate design of materials preliminary budgets and communicating the same to client. Provide regular project updates to include design and construction progress, cost status and anticipated changes, approvals and outstanding client actions.Prepare high level project plan, weekly project report, minutes of meeting and project tracking documentation.Qualifications B.Tech Additional Information Competitive salary with perks benefits.
