    Job Summary :Proposes, develops, and implements marketing plans. Researches and develops pricing policy and recommends sales channels. Responsible for product promotion and work with other business partners (e. g. production, sales, research and development) to deliver business results.Support WK India & GGM India to develop and drive holistic B2C & B2B marketing strategy frameworks, thought leadership and best practices for India. Provide strategic marketing guidance to marketing specialists to ensure effective marketing strategies and initiatives.Be the brand champion that drives WK Indias brand health growth, stronger brand execution and innovative storytelling strategically and activates our Purpose on an emotive levelMarketing leader in creative & media excellence with a digital-first mindset and a passion for Client-centered experience via best-in-class end-to-end marketing program performanceBuild strong ties with key internal and global stakeholders that advance product marketing/proposition, B2B & B2B2C Marketing performance, lead generation and business growth through key sales channels, channel partners and eCommerceCollaborate with global marketing leadership stakeholders, sharing best practices and contributing to common interests across the enterpriseDrive marketing campaign excellence through the brand campaign framework inclusive of research and data supported creative development (concept testing), media (media mix modelling, competitor analysis, personas, media consumption, etc.), measurement and optimizationDeveloping frameworks, GTM toolkits for WK productsLeading WK Indias marketing planning as it evolves annually with a focus on identifying opportunities for sharing activities to other BUs, evolving ideas into WK wide collaborations, and involving other solutions to enhance marketing activities in addition to the standard focuses on the market plans.Integrate marketing campaign strategy, planning and execution that uplift WK Indias brand awarenessExpand the deployment of digital analytics across all WK digital assets. Generate deeper levels of granular of understanding of user behavior and usage for our businesses.Build the foundation for end-to-end relationship marketing that includes omnichannel messaging, account-based marketing, personalization and marketing automation platform that brings brand marketing scalability and builds long-term brand loyalty with our clientsLeverage Marketing Technology to drive marketing transformation with a focus on digitization of process, operations and gaining new levels of insights into marketing and campaign effectiveness by integrating campaign performance data togetherShould have led Digital Marketing and traditional marketing campaigns and lead generation objectives for all the BUs/ productsDigital platform ties and optimization of demand generation campaignsRoll out on-line/social media initiatives and form a strong social media strategy that should serve our sales pipelineShould be well versed in conducting industry-focused Market research and Data analyticsShould be able to own Creative & Content Conceptualization, Execution with multiple AgenciesShould be adept at writing and reviewing Corporate Communication content and social media postsShould track competition, user research and Market dynamics to know the current/future trends in the industry.Participate in external events/industry forums & maintain healthy relationships with various stakeholders.Represent in India Incidence Management Team from Communications perspectiveWill be accountable for P&L of upwards of multiple millionsWill be leading a team of marketing specialists and drive them to successknowledge, skills and abilitiesExcellent communicator.
