We help our partners leverage Amazon s services to drive differentiated offerings and their business objectives across the globe. We are in growth mode, currently expanding our footprint with our service offerings, B2B tools, and global partnerships at a rapid pace and need experienced marketing leaders to help us drive great results and strong strategic relationships with our partners. The team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing innovator to help drive successful Fuse partner launches and strong customer adoption, engagement and retention in India. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability build successful launch and sustaining campaigns by diving deep into the creative vision for a project and combining this with insights around customer data including content, customer digital journeys and usage trends. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners. The focus will be on building, measuring and optimizing successful, results-oriented marketing programs for Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music and other digital services in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines. This person must also have experience in creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale, both directly and by others. Above all, this person must have a passion for understanding what drives consumer and partner behavior and the experience to turn that passion and experience into integrated launch and sustaining campaigns that deliver results. This position will report to the Director- Mobile Business Development for India , and will be held accountable to deliver on team and partner goals around Fuse partnerships that specifically drive new customers and sustained engagement.Key job responsibilitiesAs Head of Partner Marketing on the Fuse team, your key responsibilities will include: Drive cross-partner marketing strategy for IN determining areas of focus and directing resources accordingly Lead a small senior team to achieve goals; work cross-organizationally to influence work in support of goals Collaborating internally with product and brand teams to deliver best in class campaign opportunities for our partners across Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music and more Build insights to inform product enhancements and partnership opportunities Work closely with partners at the executive level in India to understand their customers, their goals and their approach to marketing and content Create ongoing propositions for key partners to market our services (i.e. content focus, differentiated offerings), and drive customer engagement and retention Partnering with Business Development leads on the sell-in of new partnerships with pitches, proposals, and B2B communications that bring Amazon s services and content to life Identifying new ways to leverage Prime benefits and Amazon Originals to drive acquisition and engagement through implementation of various test and learn campaigns, offerings and programs with the team Report on partner performance and opportunities to cross-functional executives at Amazon Work with the vast Amazon consumer teams to develop new opportunities that allow our strategic partners to meet their business objectives in a win -win manner for Amazon Functioning at a global level, share best practices, and scale programs or campaigns that would other regions, Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience managing teams Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion 7+ years of marketing experience Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams 12-15 years marketing experience in B2B2C partner focused marketing in mobile, retail, film, music, television or gaming Experience building and leading marketing strategies, plans, and teams Demonstrated ability to view partners as customers, focusing on their needs and goals, and driving great programs for customers that drive great results for partners Demonstrated ability to create innovative new programs around entertainment content that generate results Creative campaign development experience Ability to earn trust to influence and persuade at the executive level Excellent written communications and business case writing skills Must be willing to travel Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Experience in developing scalable tools and processes Preferred Qualifications: MBA preferred Experience of working in the IN Telecom market , content ecosystem and a flair for structured marketing programs will be a plus Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment and sponsorships Experience in global and/or centralized marketing leadership experience A passion for video content (film and television) a plus Knowledge of Amazon processes, organizational behaviors, and tools a plus
