Job Description

  • Build market specific processes/templates to allow merchandising teams to focus on their tasks in a consistent and efficient way.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze, collect, and summarize sales data to assist in the identification of opportunities and risks regarding future forecast/buys. Maintain forecast/sales/plan information for use in evaluation buy plans and inventory levels.
    • Audit style file and work with style master coordinator to ensure that all forecasts and sales data are properly reflected.
    • Ensures awareness and adherence of local marketing/merchandising teams towards milestones, input and handover dates across all Global creation tracks
    • Supports the execution of range building process from product to sales handover on market level reflecting Globally defined range components
    • Supports the brand director on implementation of global change projects and management of local change projects
    • Defines market specific processes, templates and calendars in regards to sampling and GTM support within Global framework
    • Provide strategic brand input and act as key brand interface to business development
    • Drive operational alignment of all marketing functions as well as strategic alignment with adidas
    Local Marketing & Sales Global Marketing Operations, Global Product Marketing, Global Product Controlling Adherence to defined timelines, completeness of content delivered Project delivery: agreed timelines, budgets and impact assessed

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Manager with strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation) and deep cross functional process knowledge
  • Highly motivational, organized individual who is a fast leaner Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 8 - 10 years of cross functional experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail required 5 years of experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones, calendar management) Bachelors in related field required, MBA preferred

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in English Good written and verbal communication skills IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced and database systems
