Job Description

    Senior Manager - Network Security - Lead the IT Network Security function at Urban Company and serve as the subject matter expert to manage the overall IT security infrastructure. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Workplace Infrastructure- Responsible for ensuring that the companys digital assets are protected from unauthorized access. This includes securing both online and on-premise infrastructures, weeding through metrics and data to filter out suspicious activity, and finding and mitigating risks before breaches occur.- Responsible for keeping the companys security systems up to date and creating documentation and planning for all security-related information, including incident response and disaster recovery plans.- Continuously updating the companys incident response and disaster recovery plans- Should be able to plan for information security risk monitoring, risk analysis, incident management and overall information security requirements needed to support strategic IT and business needs.- Determining latest technologies and processes that improve the overall security infrastructure.- Knowledge of enterprise IT security concerns and technologies, including but not limited to VPNs, network security, encryption, authentication, application-level network protocols, PKI, IPSec, Firewall, SSH, SSL, DES, LAN/WAN, and TCP/IP.- Knowledge of security best practices with relation to applications, network and client setups.- Experience of risk management, including risk analysis, mitigation and monitoring- Good understanding and knowledge of Cyber Network and Security- Performing both internal and external security audits- Basic knowledge in Linux Unix command line, windows batch scripts- Provide comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and inventories of Network assets, Services procedures, and configurations to ensure that maintenance and continuity of the Service is achievable in a timely manner- Define Security Concept deployment, Security Policies for Urban Company, should be able to represent organisation in public platforms- Candidate should be able to create a strategy and execute with full ownership to IT network & cyber Security plan for the organization.- 8 -10 years related experience in information security, risk, compliance, or similar position- Hands-on ability to execute independently- Hustle Attitude 10X,
