    BE (Electrical)Job Related Experience:8-10 yearsExperience in Project Management, Tendering / estimation of LV / MV distribution products/services. Experience in MV/LV Retrofit/revamp projects.Business Understanding:Financial, legal and commercial aspects of tenders ,Risks and Opportunities management, Analytical skills, LV/ MV products & equipments, MS Excel (MS Office), Knowledge of T&D marketOthers (e.g. language skills, technical skills):Customer focus , Team player , Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Result / deadline oriented, Ability to work under tight deadlinesAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY(Describe the nature, scope, level of improvements to new ideas, etc.)LEVEL*(Full, Partial, Supportive)MEASUREMENT(Quantitative or quality criteria to achieve responsibility)1. Vendor Negotiation:Arrange back up quotations from OG/IG vendors, analysis of the quotation and negotiation with them to come out with a winning proposal.SupportiveBackup offers with all bid/orders5.
