Job Description

Role includes hands- on ownership of marketing automation and oversight for CRM.Experience Minimum 5 Years of Experience. Qualification Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo platformsAdvanced knowledge of best practices and processes in B2B campaign management, marketing automation, demand generation, and rules- based nurturingProven track- record of executing demand generation programs in a B2B organization; experience with executing lead scoring and nurturing programsDemonstrated proficiency with multi- channel demand generation campaignsExperience with CRM data management functions, including list management, cleansing, de- duplication, data validation, segmentation and custom report creationExceptional English marketing writing skills; ability to write demand generation copy for North American &European audiencesExperience working with cross functional teams and high- level marketing and sales executivesProficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power PointGood understanding of web marketing and web technology (HTML)Strong English verbal & written communication skills; experience working with teams in North America and Europe across time zonesStrong problem- solving skills; self- motivation and independenceSolid project management skillsResponsibilities Work with business teams to translate requirements into functional campaigns and set demand generation strategyDesign, run and report on campaignsProvide customer/ prospect segmentation and profile informationCreate, coordinate and maintain overall campaign calendarLead the creation and management of standard metrics, dashboards, and closed loop reporting to track campaign activity, effectiveness, and profitability that inform recommendations for future campaignsCreate and maintain lead qualification, lead scoring and lead tracking processes and systemsMaintain awareness of trends and best practices in B2B marketing to drive future strategyOwn and power- use Salesforce.com and MarketoMaintain and improve CRM and marketing automation functionality to support sales, marketing and business processesCoordinate integration of Salesforce.com and Marketo with other internal systems with support from CRM Administrator and ITTrain Salesforce.com usersSupervise CRM AdministratorEnsure legal compliance with data- privacy, CANSPAM and other international regulationsDefine, implement and maintain best practices around data quality; determine role for 3rd party data sources and scrubbing products,
