  1. Graduate with 5+ years of experience in procurement function
  2. Experience in Vendor Management / New vendor identification
  3. Experience in eAuction platform usage
  4. Good in communication and computer skills
  5. Understand the material being procured in terms of the category, Volume, Value, availability, past procurement trends etc which are the dependent parameters to strategize the auction.
  6. Suggest the customer on auction methodology to be followed against the procurement event/ material which also includes the risks and rewards.
  7. On need basis, the resource should be of sourcingnew vendors.
  8. Train the Vendors and execute the eAuctions to the customers.
  9. Prepare analysis reports and speak to the concerned stakeholders.
  10. Build the relationship with the customer.
