Effective escalation of balances to the Credit Control team, to include clear communication of efforts to date and notification upon receipt of funds.Ensure Payment Request Spreadsheet and other trackers are fully updated.Administration of Specific contracts iro Brazil, China CPL etc. expected to be given more attention.To work effectively with onshore colleague in resolution of treaty credit control items with appropriate comments, chasers and escalations.Ensure effective system of cash allocations or investigation and narration if cash cannot be cleared within 24 hours Ensure all reports undertaken within Technical Accounting are fully narrated and followed up accordingly within communicated deadlines.
