For more details visit www.gonoise.com or Noisefit app| Insta: @go_noiseCheck out our Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/gonoise-com/mycompany/ Role and Responsibilities - Your will bes - Manage and drive the entire Product Innovation & Development process - Audio, Wearables and new categories, both internally and externally, ensuring all stakeholder timelines and deliverables are met. - Focus on innovation for new products and categories. - Collect and develop ideas, prioritize the ideas, create business cases - Identify product market opportunities through market research, customer profiling needs analysis, market sizing, and competitive analysis - Achieve product assortment goals while ensuring product quality and testing standards, as well as margin expectations, are met.- Working closely with ODMs to ensure production timelines & quality standards are met - Work closely with sales to understand directives for customer projects, analyze existing item sales and review new product forecasts.- Vendor sourcing, negotiating for achieving cost-effective purchase of raw materials/semi-finished goods and reduction in delivery times Requirement: - Strong experience of 10- 15 years in the product-based organization leading Product Innovation (Consumer Electronics will be a plus) - Mandatory - BE/B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college. MBA will be value advantage - Industry - Electronics - Strong knowledge about IOT, AI, Sensors, Audio & Wearable category - Exceptionally good at understanding business needs and brand vision- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good at interacting with Senior management Ability to keep calm and perform in a high-pressure business environment,
