Job Description

    About the role:The incumbent will lead all aspects of the product which includes but isnt limited to leading and managing qualitative and quantitative performance in programming, operations, growth and sales. They must grow the Receptix brand, attract the strongest talent in the region and contribute in the short term and long term objectives of Z1 media while working closely with the founding team.Key Responsibilities :- Research and development, enhancements and redesign of our product, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organisation- Design and develop our product, in line with the overall vision and strategy of the organisation and its business- Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs- Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders- Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver efficient business outcomes- Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes- Work with and drive cross functional teams to deliver on business objectives Job Requirements :- Qualifications : B.Tech + Post Graduate (MBA preferred) OR Ex-Entrepreneur- Experience : 6-10 years (Exp. in General Management with Digital Product Companies is a plus)- Behavioural Competencies - Strong interpersonal relationship skills- Excellent communication skillsQualities :- Number Driven: We measure impact rather than effort.
