  • Possess good programming abilities using PL/SQL as there would be a need to write complex stored procedures, perform reviews and also suggest improvements
  • Work on support environment and should be excellent in debugging of database objects
  • Design and provide support for Oracle forms and reports
  • Write complex queries, Stored Procedures, Functions etc. and proficient in DB fine tuning and Optimization of the product according to the client requirements
  • Contribute to development team and help to achieve key business objectives
  • Work both independently and in a team environment
  • Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
  • New development and OM activities as assigned
  • Learn new technologies
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (minimum 15 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 4-6 years of work experience on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking, replication, connectivity, security issues, etc.
  • Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization
  • Experience in Oracle Forms and Reports
  • Experience in shell scripting
  • Experience with source code version control systems like PVCS, SVN and Git
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC
  • US Healthcare knowledge
  • Ability to design and develop using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • UNIX, Pro*C
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare domain experience
  • Knowledge of Java
