Job Description

What you ll be doing:

  • You will help design and implement applications and complex tools using state of the art technologies and support existing applications/services

  • Help improve the quality of our existing infrastructure by implementing automated monitoring and recovery systems for new and existing services.
  • Help derive critical metrics for existing and new tools and drive towards improving those.
  • Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive process changes that can help improve development workflow.
  • Be in the critical path supporting thousands of developers working for billion dollar business lines as well as intimately understanding the values of predictability, automation and reliability.
  • Championing and implementing efficiency and usability improvements across their domain.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors/Master s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent

  • 6+ years of scripting and programming experience
  • Strong Java, C, C++, C#, Python programming skills
  • Strong interests towards groundbreaking technologies and ability to take initiatives and drive them across multiple functional teams.
  • Excellent problem- solving, critical thinking abilities and support to the existing infrastructure
  • Ability to self- manage, lead technically, and communicate effectively

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with HTML, Javascript, Angular (preferable) and SQL, NoSQL databases

  • Previous experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Perforce and Perforce
  • Experience with agile software development methodology and practices.
