Job Description

    Jobdescription:We are looking for highly talented and motivated individual with passion for technology and drive to make a difference. Strong software architecture, design and development background with excellent problem solving skills are desirable, as the candidate will be involved in solving complex performance issues encountered while building world class web-based products. The candidate is required to be proactive and open-minded - willing to learn new technologies as required and provide recommendations and ideas to improve our product development/enhancement activities. The candidate should also have experience in programmanagement and possess excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Skill set:
    1. Experience in design and architecture of enterprise level solution
    2. Hands-on design and developmentexperience in Python with React, Java and front-end development technologies
    3. Manage development and QA testing teams
    4. Interact directly with the client to understand requirements and outline the scope of project given the business requirements
    5. Gather client requirements, effort estimation, create schedule and project timelines, and track deliverables
    6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think both tactically and strategically
    7. Thorough knowledge of database - both structured and non-structured
    8. Experience in OpenERP (Odoo) development is desirable
    9. Experience in managing SaaS based application
    10. Understanding of a LIMS and its features is derirable
    11. Ability to identify and isolate performance bottlenecks, defects and problems and provide advice/assistance to clients/team
    12. Deploy product over the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc)
    13. Experience in UI/UX enhancements
    14. Experience/understanding of integration with lab instruments/machines is desirable
    15. Excellent communication skills
