Having 1+ years experience.POSITION TITLE: Service Technician-Service Center- CE OperationBASIC FUNCTION: To attend In Home calls at customer premises under the supervision ofTeam LeaderORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:The role reports to Team Leader of the organization and works closely to the Branch Manager.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle In Home Services Calls
To repair All Home appliances of customers
To do RC of calls in system
To close given calls with TAT
To manage escalation at first level

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:This position works under a close supervision of the Team Leader of service center. To work closely with Operations Head.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Behavioral skills, Technical skills, Attention to detail, Problem Solving Skills, Presentation skills, Multitasking, Customer handling skills, Time ManagementQUALIFICATIONS:ITI/Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experienceCRITICALITY OF POSITION:The position defines the road map for company growth.
