  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1:Responsible for the delivery of, Incident, Problem, Change Configuration Management 2:Point of contact for the Clients, Service Delivery Managers and Delivery teams 3:Perform an operational Service Management hands on role including: 4:Monitor, manage and priorities all service aligned queues ensuring service levels are maintained and eliminating backlogs 5:Ensure processes are followed as defined 6:Point Of Contact for driving Severity 1 incidents including internal n client communication
      • Technical Experience : 1:Create Major Incident Reports MIR/RCA and monitor progress of MIR/RCA actions 2:Monitor and manage all severity incidents as per SLA 3:Identify incident trends, manage from identifying root cause through driving identified action items to closure Effective problem management 4:Responsible to deliver Service Reports including, daily, weekly and monthly Service Performance Reports SPRs 5:Participate in Client trainings, SRT and other internal/ external meetings as required
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Resource should have good communication skill 2 Resource should have good Analytical skill 3 Resource should be ready to work 24/7
    • Educational Qualification : 1 15 years of full time education 2 ITIL Certified
