  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Need to work as Server administration in Windows, VMware, Backup, Storage and Network devices B: Need to work in Microsoft Azure Cloud components and architecture C: Need to administrate the Azure Cloud environment D: Need to Work on storages Blob, Disks, Databases E: Involve in design and Automate processes F: Need to perform Windows patching through SCCM deployment and virtualization technologies
      • Technical Experience : A: Expertise in Managing Azure Environment in an enterprise environment including application dependencies, client presentation B: Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud-Network operations, Private and hybrid cloud administration C: Experience in Administration using Azure CLI, Powershell, and shell scripting D: Must understand end to end Azure IAAS components E: Experience in Implementation of different Azure IaaS Services in Compute, Storage, and Networking
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues/requirements accurately and succinctly in a manner that business users can understand 2 Good presentation skills 3 Ability to multi-task and participate in large, complex, and concurrent projects
