Position: Social Media Listening SpecialistLocation: Udyog Vihar Phase 5, GurgaonExp. 5-6 Yrs. In Social Media Listening using Analytics Tool Radian6Salary: NegotiableIndustry: Internet/Digital Consulting 1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.2. Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid).3. Design, build and maintain social media presence and growth strategies.4. Measure and report performance of social media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).5. Set up and optimize social media pages to increase the visibility.6. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.7. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.8. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.9. Work closely with key business analysts to understand the business use cases for social listening.10. Create comprehensive social media monitors to generate business insights into actionable recommendations.11. Develop, conduct, and interpret analytic solutions using data from social listening tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc.Skill Set Requirement:1. Great experience on setting up Topic Profiles in Radian6.2. Must have decent understanding of social analytic platforms.3. Hands on experience on cross channel Social Media marketing, listening, monitoring and engagement.4. Proficiency in English, including social media shorthand.5. Should have knowledge on how to handle the response management for brands.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.7.
