Job Description

Role: Software Engineer - Dev Ops Salary: Negotiable+ Extensive Benefits Package Qualification B.Sc. in Computer Science or other equivalent technical discipline The Software Engineer will bring experience of: 4+ years of experience in Dev ops Source Control (e.g. Git , VSTS , Svn , Bitbucket) and CI using Jenkins , Bamboo , VSTS Infrastructure Automation (e.g. Puppet , Chef , Ansible , Saltstack) Deployment Automation & Orchestration (e.g. Jenkins , VSTS , Octopus Deploy) Clouds (e.g. AWS , Azure , GoogleCloud , Openstack) Container Concepts (e.g. Docker , LXD) and Orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes , Mesos , Swarm) Knowledge of SQL Server , Dynamo DB , RDS and their log analysis Expertise in Windows and Linux System Admin , Bash Scripting IIS Manager 7 and above , Tomcat Apache Server 8 and above Experience with system monitoring and APM tools (e.g. DynaTrace , New Relic , AppDynamics , Solarwinds) As a Software Engineer the role will entail: Experience as a Deployment Engineer in a 24x7 uptime environment Design , build and maintain the CI / CD infrastructure and tools to deliver on Cloud as a Service Automating the SSP product lines by integrating to the SSP DevOps and configuration management toolset Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience , scale / performance and feasibility in mind Know how the release performs , supporting platforms and services such as Exchange , SQL , Redis or several other third - party or open source business applications that use common APIs.
