4. Profile Solar PV Engineer Desired Profile Solar PV EngineerDesired Experience / Skills : Good Communication Skills Ability to understand technical requirement. Experience in Solar power plant design (roof top & ground based) Practical exposure of Ground based and roof top solar PV power plant In-depth understanding of relevant IEC / NEC / IS codes Well versed in PVSyst, AutoCad, Meteo Softwares, Google Sketchup etc Key Responsibilities: Understanding client requirement Preparation of Project / Site feasibility report Preparation of Detailed Project Report Preparation of Design Basis Report Solar Resource Assessment Selection of optimized tilt and azimuth DC Loss analysis and calculations Generation forecasting (15minute / hourly / daily) Power plant power generation analysis. (P50, P90) Selection of electrical equipment like solar module, junction boxes, DC cable, inverter, earthing, lightning, DC-connectors, BOS Preparation of Project SLD in Auto CAD, along with all relevant calculations. Preparation of DC wiring layout, Earthing plan etc Preparation ofspecification.
